PARKING LOT CRACKFILLED SEALCOAT RESTRIPE
Large lot 400,000 sqft was done in less than 3 days to minimize tenants businesses interruption.
HEAVY-DUTY TRUCKING LOT
Removed and hauled off old gravel/dirt 16inches deep. Grade and compact subgrade. Install 8inches rock base,6inches asphalt base, 2inches surface asphalt for heavy duty truck lot.
SEAL COAT PRIVATE RUNWAY
Runway was neglected. Weeds over grown from almost every crack.
2INCHES SURFACE REPLACEMENT
Milled 2 inches off the entire lot. Milled 4 additional inches in a few soft spots. Repair the soft spots with new asphalt and pave 2inches over entire lot. Restripe lines.
NEW SECTION SIDEWALK
Just a little R&R Remove &Replaced some failed sidewalk.
NEW CONCRETE LOADING AREA AND ASPHALT OVERLAY
Replaced concrete sidewalks and loading area. Added a concrete truck loading area in middle of lot. Paved 2inches of new asphalt over entire lot.
2 INCH MILLED READY FOR NEW ASPHALT
This was complicated. 68000 sqft of 2inch surface mill and repave with 2 inches new asphalt. Problem was high occupancy hotel. We had to cut it into 4 sections on 4 consecutive days to complete and accommodate the residents parking.
REPLACE SIDEWALK
Replacement of heavily deteriorated sidewalk caused from winter salting.
FAILED SECTION REPLACE PATCH
There was few small failing areas close together. Instead of having few different repairs me and customer agreed to catch them all with one 2 inch milled out repair. Its milled ready for replacement. Milling was done night before after closing and replaced by 10am for no downtime on my customers drive thru!
OFFICE PARK 2 INCH SURFACE REPLACEMENT
Simple stuff milled 2 inches off the surface and replaced with 2inches of new asphalt. 123,000 sqft office condos. We milled Friday afternoon and repaved Saturday on 2 consecutive weekends for little downtime on the tenants.
SEALCOATING
Failed areas milled out and patched. Cleaned , cracks filled and sealcoat with first coat in this picture. Since all work was done after hours we applied the first coat and didn’t apply the second coat until the next night to ensure it was dry each morning. Striping was done the following morning and customer was open each day for normal business hours. We adjust so you don’t have to.
PARKING LOT OVERLAY
Milled out failing areas ad replaced with new asphalt. Then overlay the entire lot 2inches new asphalt and restriped.
